• Specialists Business Support Group (BSG) will provide advice on matters relating to the tax consequences of transactions with real estate, check the history and the "purity" of the real estate (arrests, charges, etc.), will assist in conducting the following operations:
• Registration of transfer of ownership rights under a contract of sale (gift, exchange, and other assignment agreements);
• Registration of the lease;
• Registration of the pledge agreement;
• Registration of property rights for the construction of facilities and construction in progress;
